By its creation, the state of Israel has broken the Jewish religious law and only in this way was it possible to commemorate the victims of the German extermination program.
We, the first and the last victims of the mass-murder prosecuted by the doctor-Nazis, the German psychiatrists, don't yet have the protective power of a state. On the contrary, my personal experience is that my brothers and sisters are still being assaulted all over the world.
The action of publishing the names is part of a process to restore the victims dignity after they disappeared in the black hole of the psychiatric files and part of reclaiming human identity for those who lost it by being slandered by being given a disease number taken from a disease catalogue. If you do not have your own photo of this murdered family member, you may obtain it from the file of your relative in the Bundesarchiv The list is organized according to the 30,076 famliy names, a click on the letter will display a full list of all names with the same initials. These 30,076 persons are about 10% of the total of ca. 300,000 victims systematically murdered by medical professionals. 275,000 were estimated by the Nurenberg Medical Tribunal in 1947. 25,000 are estimated being murdered by systematic starvation to death by medical professionals in Germany after the Nazi rule 1945 - 1948

In December 2002 I signed a contract with the German National Archive where, in return for receiving the list of ca. 30,000 names of those murdered by the German psychiatrists from 1939 onwards, I undertook not to make any copies of it.
I requested this list for the purpose of making a public reading of the names, which then took place at Wittenbergplatz in Berlin over three days: December 16 - 18, 2002

During the public reading, I personally witnessed how passersby approached us who searched in the list for the names of their relatives, which they always suspected from hear-say were also murdered, although they did not have proof of this. With the aid of the list they could confirm (or disprove) those suspicions. We then instructed them on how to approach the German National Archive in order to find the details.
This experience convinced me, in my capacity as chairperson of the Israeli Association Against Psychiatric Assault, to break the German law and the contract I had signed by publishing this list on the internet.
These are the reasons why I am doing so:
This list of names is taken from the authentic files from the German State Archive, which clearly identifies the victims by name, date of birth and birth names of married women.
My experience as the spokesperson for the project "Haus des Eigensinns" proved to me that the German State is a "cynical republic"

Accordingly I came to the conclusion that the commemoration of the Jewish victims of the Nazis was only made possible with the creation of the independent state of Israel. This allowed the Jewish community to gather its victims' names in Yad Vashem.
This historical progress took place only because a group of victims established a national state equal to other nations. All this was in contradiction to Jewish religious rules, which permitted the creation of such a state only after the coming of the Messiah. So, by its creation, the state of Israel has broken the Jewish religious law and only in this way was it possible to defy the wishes of not only the defeated Germans (who had an interest in forgetting) but also the neglect by the other nations, who after WWII wanted only to celebrate their victory but not to commemorate the victims of the German extermination program.

After the public reading in Berlin, I realized that the relatives of the victims are used as a pretext by the German government to not publish the list of the victims' names known thus far and certainly not to search and find the remaining 90% of the names. On the pretext of the "patients right to privacy", the state denies the publication of the list and in this way prevents all relatives from finding out the truth about the fate of their murdered family members and raise a public outcry against the crimes that took place. The state obviously is afraid that others could be encouraged by this publication to insist on a criminal inquiry of an independent body to find the names of the other 90% of those murdered.
The psychiatric profession will bear the burden of acknowledging its criminal responsibility, which it has again and again tried to avoid. The most obvious example was their "whitewash" Psychiatric World Congress in Hamburg in 1999

Breaking German law and informing the human family about the crime is now made possible via the internet as a new means of informing not only the biological relatives but also our brothers and sisters of the human rights community, making it possible to search each name which appears in the list and to get informed of the whereabouts and the fate of the victims.
Of course this action is also part of a process to restore the victims' dignity after they disappeared in the black hole of the psychiatric files and part of reclaiming a human identity for those who lost it after being slandered by being given a disease number taken from a disease catalogue.
